Warranty Information

All Clippers, Trimmers, Shavers and Blow Dryers to include Andis, BabylissPro, Gamma+, Stylecraft, JRL and Wahl sold by Royal Barber Supply Include a manufacturer's warranty. Please see below information for warranty information. Please note wear and tear use is not covered in most warranties. 

Andis

All Andis products have a 1-year warranty from date of purchase. Products can be sent to Andis for repair or replacement (our choice—we base this on models) if proof of purchase is provided. Unfortunately, you will have to cover shipping on this one. There is more info about all this on the Use and Care card.

Also, wearable parts such as blades, foil heads, or cutters are not covered under the 1-year warranty. If your product wears out or becomes damaged over time, we recommend purchasing a replacement blade, foil, or cutter.

BabylissPRO

LIMITED 2-YEAR WARRANTY

(U.S. AND CANADA ONLY).
BabylissPro will repair or replace (at the option of Babyliss) your unit free of charge for 24 months from the date of purchase if the appliance is defective in workmanship or materials.

To obtain service under this warranty, return the defective product to the service center listed below, together with your purchase receipt and $15.00 for postage and handling. California residents need only provide proof of purchase and should call 1-800-326-6247 for shipping instructions. In the absence of a purchase receipt, the warranty period shall be 24 months from the date of manufacture.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE 24-MONTH DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN, LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BABYLISSPRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

This Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as shorts in the power supply cord or plug, or excessive product build-up on plates or scratched or damaged plates or damage due to accident, misuse or abuse such as: dropping (broken housing, broken hinges, loose plates, rattling noise, etc.), wrong voltage supply, or neglect in safety precautions; or tampering such as repair or attempted repair by unauthorized person, or use of unauthorized attachments.

Please see your appliance user manual for your specific warranty period information. If you no longer have the user manual you can contact us at info@gammaplusna.com and we'll be happy to assist you. You must have your proof of purchase to verify your warranty. A $24.95 processing and handling fee will be charged for each warranty claim. (Return label will be provided)

Stylecraft Warranty Form

JRL

JRL USA will repair or replace your unit (upon diagnosis of the defect) free of charge for 12 months from the date of purchase if the appliance has a manufacture's defect. To obtain service under terms of the warranty, the defective unit must be returned to the JRL Service please email us info@jrlusa.com for return mailing address. Inside your package should be a copy of your sales receipt, a note which includes the defects of the unit and a check in the amount of $15.00 to cover shipping and handling. Should there be a malfunction on the manufacture's behalf within  the first 30 days of purchase, JRL will provide a call tag for the unit to be picked up for free charge. Once it is received, the replacement will be shipped. If the proof of purchase is not included with your defected item, the warranty will be voided.   
Any implied warranties, obligations, or liabilities, including but not limited to the implied-warranty of merchant-ability and fitness or a particular purpose, shall be limited in duration to the 12 month duration of this written, limited warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
In no event shall JRL be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages fro breach of this or any other warranty, expressed or implied, whatsoever. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

LIMITED WARRANTY (Valid in USA Only)

If your Wahl product fails to operate satisfactorily within the specified number of years (see package for length of warranty) from the date of original purchase or receipt as a gift, Wahl will, at our option, repair or replace the product and return it to you FREE OF CHARGE.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

This warranty does not cover products damaged by:

1. Modification or repair by anyone other than Wahl Clipper Corporation or a Wahl authorized service center; 

2. Commercial (non-consumer) use or unreasonable use.
